早期预警管理在精神科护理管理的应用价值探讨

Discussion on the Application Value of Early Warning Management in Psychiatric Nursing Management

目的探讨早期预警管理在精神科护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取镇江市精神卫生中心20名护理人员作为研究对象。2020年1—12月接受常规护理管理的护理人员,纳入常规护理管理组,2021年1月—2022年1月接受早期预警护理的护理人员,纳入早期预警管理组。对早期预警管理实施前后精神科护士心理弹性、职业态度、护理质量、护理管理效果进行对比分析;同时对两组患者风险事件发生率、患者满意度及护理投诉率进行对比分析。结果早期预警护理管理组患者风险事件发生率显著低于常规护理管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理前两组护理质量和护理管理质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组护理质量和护理管理质量均得到显著改善,且干预后早期预警护理管理组护理质量和护理管理质量均显著高于常规护理管理组,早期预警护理管理组患者满意度显著高于常规护理管理组,护理投诉率显著低于常规护理管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与常规护理管理组相比,早期预警护理管理组精神科护士心理弹性显著提升,职业倦怠显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期预警管理应用于精神科可显著提升精神科护士心理弹性、降低职业倦怠;同时可显著降低住院患者风险事件发生率、提升护理质量及护理管理质量,同时也有利于提升患者满意度。

Objective To explore the application value of early warning management in psychiatric nursing management.Methods Twenty nursing staff from Zhenjiang Mental Health Center were selected as the research objects.Nursing staff who received routine nursing management from January to December 2020 were included in the routine nursing management group.Nursing staff who received early warning care from January 2021 to January 2022 were included in the early warning management group.The psychological resilience,professional attitude,nursing quality and nursing management effect of psychiatric nurses before and after the implementation of early warning management were compared and analyzed.At the same time,the incidence of risk events,patient satisfaction and nursing complaint rate were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of risk events in the early warning nursing management group was significantly lower than that in the routine nursing management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in nursing quality and nursing management quality between the two groups before management(P>0.05).After the intervention,the nursing quality and nursing management quality of the two groups were significantly improved,and the nursing quality and nursing management quality of the early warning nursing management group after the intervention were significantly higher than those of the routine nursing management group.The patient satisfaction in the early warning nursing management group was significantly higher than that in the routine nursing management group,and the nursing complaint rate was significantly lower than that in the routine nursing management group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the routine nursing management group, the psychological resilience of the psychiatric nurses in the early warning nursing management group was significantly improved, and the job burnout was significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of early warning management in psychiatry can significantly improve the psychological resilience of psychiatric nurses and reduce job burnout, can significantly reduce the incidence of risk events in hospitalized patients and improve the quality of nursing and nursing management. At the same time, it is also conducive to improving patient satisfaction.
