基于医养结合背景的应用型老年护理人才培养体系的构建

Construction of an Applied Geriatric Nursing Talent Training System Based on the Background of Combining Medical Care and Nursing

老年护理人才培养的质量影响我国老年健康服务的水平。医养结合是缓解中国老龄化加剧、实现健康老龄化的重要举措。但目前我国高校老年护理人才培养面临数量和质量不能满足社会养老需求、培养目标尚未明确,缺乏统一完善的课程体系和综合的考核标准、实践教学与理论结合不足等问题,难以满足我国医养结合型老年护理人才需求。本文结合我国医养结合型老年护理才素养要求及目前应用型老年护理人才培养现状、必要性,从教育理念、人才培养目标、老年护理人才课程体系、实践教学模式、师资队伍建设、创新科研能力、教学质量保障体系和监控机制等方面探索构建应用型老年护理人才培养体系,以期为完善适合医养结合国情的高层次应用型老年护理人才培养体系提供参考。

The quality of geriatric nursing personnel training affects the level of geriatric health services in my country.The combination of medical care and elderly care is an important measure to alleviate the aggravation of aging in China and achieve healthy aging.However,at present,the number and quality of senior nursing personnel training in colleges and universities in our country cannot meet the needs of social pensions,the training objectives are not yet clear,there is a lack of a unified and perfect curriculum system and comprehensive assessment standards,and the combination of practical teaching and theory is insufficient.It is difficult to meet the needs of our country's medical and elderly nursing talents.Combining the requirements for the quality of geriatric nursing talents with the combination of medical and nursing care in our country and the current situation and necessity of the training of applied geriatric nursing talents,this paper discusses the educational concept,talent training goals,curriculum system of geriatric nursing talents,practical teaching mode,teaching staff construction,innovative scientific research ability,teaching quality assurance system and monitoring mechanism to explore the construction of an applied geriatric nursing talent training system.In order to provide a reference for improving the high-level application-oriented elderly nursing personnel training system suitable for medical care combined with national conditions.
