普外科护士肠造口护理能力及影响因素分析

Analysis of Enterostomy Nursing Ability and Influencing Factors of General Surgery Nurses

目的调查普外科护士肠造口护理能力,同时分析其影响因素,旨在为开展护士肠造口护理培训提供参考。方法通过便利抽样法选取2020年4—12月湖北黄冈黄州区人民医院普外科12名临床护士,使用自制肠造口护理能力量表对护士肠造口能力进行问卷调查,同时分析普外科护士肠造口护理能力影响因素。结果本研究共发放12份问卷,回收12份均为有效问卷,有效回收率100.00%。普外科护士肠造口护理能力总分(75.69±8.47)分。单因素分析结果可知,年龄、工作年限、学历、职称、肠造口护理频率、定期接受肠造口护理督查、定期参与肠造口业务学习对护士肠造口能力得分具有影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而婚姻状况、个人收入对护士肠造口能力得分影响较小,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果可知,年龄<30岁、工作年限<10年、护理频率<1例/周、未定期接受肠造口护理督查、未定期参与肠造口业务学习是普外科护士肠造口护理能力的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论当前普外科护士肠造口护理能力还有较大提升空间,需要护理管理者进一步加大对护士肠造口护理知识及能力的教育培训力度,针对不同工作年限护士开展针对性的强化培训,同时建立健全定期检查与考核机制,促进普外科护士肠造口护理能力的持续提升。

Objective To investigate the enterostomy nursing ability of general surgery nurses,and analyze its influencing factors,in order to provide reference for the development of nurses enterostomy nursing training.Methods Twelve clinical nurses from the general surgery department of Huangzhou District People's Hospital of Huanggang,Hubei Province from April to December 2020 were selected by convenience sampling method.The self-made enterostomy nursing ability scale was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the enterostomy nursing ability of nurses,and the influencing factors of enterostomy nursing ability of general surgery nurses were analyzed.Results A total of 12 questionnaires were distributed in this study,and 12 were returned as valid questionnaires,with an effective recovery rate of 100.00%.The total score of general surgery nurses'enterostomy nursing ability was(75.69±8.47)points.The results of univariate analysis showed that age,working years,education,professional title,frequency of enterostomy nursing,regular acceptance of enterostomy nursing inspection,and regular participation in enterostomy business study had an impact on nurses'enterostomy ability score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);however,marital status and personal income had little effect on nurses'colostomy ability score,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age<30 years old,working years<10 years,nursing frequency<1 case/week,not regularly receiving colostomy nursing supervision,not regularly participating in colostomy business learning were the main influencing factors for general surgery nurses' enterostomy nursing ability (P<0.05). Conclusion At present, there is still much room for improvement in the enterostomy nursing ability of general surgical nurses, and nursing managers need to further strengthen the education and training of nurses' enterostomy nursing knowledge and ability, carry out targeted intensive training for nurses with different working years, and establish and improve the regular inspection and assessment mechanism to promote the continuous improvement of general surgery nurses' enterostomy nursing ability.
