耐药结核病患者护理管理中人文关怀的运用效果评估

Evaluation of the Application Effect of Humanistic Care in Nursing Management of Drug-resistant Tuberculosis Patients

目的探究人文关怀理念在结核科室护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年11月—2021年12月南华大学附属长沙中心医院结核科室30名医护人员为研究对象。以不同时间节点科室护理管理理念的不同进行分组,于2020年11月—2021年5月期间科室护理管理工作采取常规管理,纳入对照组;于2021年6—12月期间采取人文关怀管理,纳入观察组。同时两组分别选取35例耐药结核病患者参与研究。比较两组护理人员对人文关怀管理的认知程度以及患者对管理服务满意度的评价。结果观察组对人文关怀管理的认识程度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对管理服务满意度的各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结核科室护理管理工作中运用人文关怀理念可有效提高护理人员对人文关怀管理的认知程度,转变工作理念,能够为患者提供优质的管理服务,全面提高科室护理管理水平。

Objective To explore the application effect of the concept of humanistic care in the nursing management of tuberculosis department.Methods Thirty medical staff from the tuberculosis department of Changsha Central Hospital affiliated to the University of South China from November 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were grouped according to the different nursing management concepts of the departments at different time nodes.During the period from November 2020 to May 2021,the nursing management work in the department was routinely managed and included in the control group.Humanistic care management will be adopted from June to December 2021,and it will be included in the observation group.At the same time,35 patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis were selected from the two groups to participate in the study.The nursing staff's cognition of humanistic care management and the evaluation of patients'satisfaction with management services were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of awareness of humanistic care management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of patients'satisfaction with management services in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using the concept of humanistic care in the nursing management of tuberculosis department can effectively improve the nursing staff's awareness of humanistic care management.Using the concept of humanistic care in the nursing management of tuberculosis department can effectively improve the nursing staff's awareness of humanistic care management, change the work concept, provide high-quality management services for patients, and comprehensively improve the nursing management level of the department.
