在感染科管理服务中实施护理风险管理的效果

Effect of Implementing Nursing Risk Management in Infectious Disease Management Services

目的探讨在感染科管理服务中实施护理风险管理的效果。方法2020年2月—2021年2月期间在南华大学附属长沙中心医院感染科工作的护士中选取17名归入常规组,开展常规护理管理。2021年3月—2022年3月期间在感染科工作的护士中选取17名作为研究组,开展护理风险管理。分析两组管理效果。结果在对感染科护士进行管理后,研究组护士的感染科考核成绩、相关能力、效果满意度均较常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将护理风险管理运用在医院感染科管理服务中,可有效丰富护士感染科理论知识,锻炼护患沟通能力,增强风险防控能力,提高效果满意度,值得参考使用。

Objective To explore the effect of implementing nursing risk management in infectious disease management services.Methods From February 2020 to February 2021,17 nurses who worked in the infectious disease department of Changsha Central Hospital affiliated to South China University were selected and assigned to the routine group for routine nursing management.From March 2021 to March 2022,17 nurses working in the infectious disease department were selected as the study group to carry out nursing risk management.The management effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results After the management of the nurses in the infectious disease department,the 17 patients in the study group had higher performance in the infectious disease department assessment,related abilities,and effect satisfaction than those in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in hospital infectious disease management services can effectively enrich nurses'theoretical knowledge of infectious diseases,exercise nurse-patient communication skills,enhance risk prevention and control capabilities,and improve effect satisfaction,which is worthy of reference.
