OEC模式在腰椎间盘突出症护理管理中的应用

Application of OEC Model in Nursing Management of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探究腰椎间盘突出症护理管理中采取全方位优化管理法(overall every controland clear,OEC)模式的效果。方法选择2019年9月—2021年10月衡阳市中医医院骨科护理人员15名,根据时间段不同分管理前(2019年9月—2020年9月)(常规护理管理模式)、管理后(2020年10月—2021年10月)(OEC模式)。分析管理前后护理人员综合能力、护理质量、护理质量、职业倦怠情况。结果管理后护理人员护理能力、专业水平、团队合作能力、学习能力、观察能力的评分明显高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,护理人员基础护理、感染管理、护理文件书写、实践能力等护理质量评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,护理人员RPA评分明显高于管理前,EE评分、DP评分显著低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症护理管理中采取OEC管理模式,不仅可以使护理人员综合素质得到提升,提升护理人员工作主动性,减轻护理人员职业倦怠,而且可以使护理质量得到明显提升。

Objective To explore the effect of adopting overall every control and clear(OEC)model in the nursing management of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 15 nursing staff in the orthopatedics of Hengyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2019 to October 2021 were selected.According to different time periods,it is divided into pre-management(September 2019 to September 2020)(routine nursing management mode)and post-management(October 2020 to October 2021)(OEC mode).The comprehensive ability,nursing quality,nursing quality and job burnout of nursing staff before and after management were analyzed.Results The nursing ability,professional level,teamwork ability,learning ability and observation ability scores of nursing staff after management were significantly higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the nursing quality scores of nursing staff,such as basic nursing,infection management,nursing document writing,and practical ability,were significantly higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the RPA score of nurses was significantly higher than that before management,and the EE score and DP score were significantly lower than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the OEC management model in the nursing management of lumbar disc herniation can not only improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staff,enhance the working initiative of nursing staff,reduce the occupational burnout of nursing staff,but also significantly improve the quality of nursing.
