摘要
目的针对骨外科护理人员,探究分层级护理模式在护理管理工作中的应用价值和实施效果。方法选取2020年3月—2022年3月就职于湖南省衡阳市中医医院骨外科的15名护理人员,按照护理管理模式实施时间点分为两组,对照组在2020年3月—2021年3月实施传统护理管理模式,观察组在2021年4月—2022年3月实施分层级护理管理模式。对比不同管理模式下护理人员的护理水平、考核成绩以及对管理方式的满意程度。结果观察组护理人员各项护理水平评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组理论知识考核成绩为(87.32±8.57)分,高于对照组的(78.26±7.69)分,且实践操作成绩为(90.26±8.74)分,高于对照组的(80.28±6.98)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组人员对管理模式满意率(100.00%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨外科护理管理中,施行分层级护理管理模式后能显著提高整体护理水平,调动员工工作积极性,值得在护理管理中推广及应用。
Objective To explore the application value and implementation effect of hierarchical nursing model in nursing management for orthopaedic nurses.Methods Fifteen nurses who worked in the Department of Orthopedics,Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Hunan Province from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the implementation time point of the nursing management model.The control group implemented the traditional nursing management model from March 2020 to March 2021,and the observation group implemented the hierarchical nursing management model from April 2021 to March 2022.The nursing level,assessment performance and satisfaction with management methods of nursing staff under different management modes were compared.Results The nursing level scores of the nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of theoretical knowledge assessment in the obsrvation group was(87.32±8.57)points higher than that of the control group(78.26±7.69)points,and the score of practice operation was(90.26±8.74)points higher than that of the control group(80.28±6.98)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group to the management mode(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of orthopaedic surgery,the implementation of the hierarchical nursing management model can significantly improve the overall nursing level and mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, which is worthy of promotion and application in nursing management.
