人工智能系统在消化内科应用现状与解决措施初步探讨 被引量:1

摘要 在过去的20年里,人工智能的发展迅速,大多数医学专业都在尝试人工智能在疾病诊断和治疗中的转化。消化系疾病的诊断和治疗依赖大量的影像学检查,因此近年来逐步尝试将人工智能系统用于辅助消化内镜的诊疗,包括识别癌前病变或恶性病变、预测疾病预后或治疗反应、鉴别炎症性肠病亚型等。但是由于人工智能是一项新兴技术,尚处于实践阶段,导致大量消化内科医师对这项技术不重视,有抵触情绪,从而阻碍了科室与时俱进及对新技术的推广应用。因此,分析人工智能系统在消化内科应用面临的困难,普及人工智能在消化内科应用的基本知识,增强医师对人工智能应用的重视程度,促进科室建设的科学性及先进性,显得十分有必要。 In the past 20 years,artificial intelligence has developed rapidly,and most medical professions are trying to transform artificial intelligence in disease diagnosis and treatment.Diagnosis and treatment of digestive system diseases rely on a large number of imaging tests.Therefore,in recent years,artificial intelligence systems have been gradually tried to assist the diagnosis and treatment of digestive endoscopy,including identifying precancerous or malignant lesions,predicting disease prognosis or treatment response,and identifying subtypes of inflammatory bowel disease.However,because artificial intelligence is an emerging technology and is still in the practical stage,a large number of gastroenterologists do not pay attention to this technology and are resistant,thus hindering the department's advancement with the times and the promotion and application of new technologies.Therefore,it is very necessary to analyze the difficulties faced by the application of artificial intelligence systems in gastroenterology,popularize the basic knowledge of the application of artificial intelligence in gastroenterology,strengthen doctors'attention to the application of artificial intelligence,and promote the scientific and advanced nature of department construction.
