急诊-病房入院患者信息共享机制改善急诊拥挤的实践研究

摘要 目的探讨于专科病房建立急诊滞留患者信息沟通机制缓解急诊拥挤的价值。方法选择2021年2—12月北京京煤集团总医院急诊科抢救间就诊患者10562例,应用课题达成型品管圈活动产生实施方策,提高急诊与病房沟通效率。观察每月急诊抢救间床位饱和频次、入院患者急诊抢救间滞留时间。结果方策实施后,2021年急诊抢救间床位饱和出现频次显著减少;2021年急诊抢救间收入院患者急诊滞留时间明显降低。结论通过提高与病房的沟通效率活动可以减轻急诊滞留,缓解急诊拥挤。 Objective To explore the value of establishing an information communication mechanism for emergency stranded patients in specialized wards to alleviate emergency crowding.Methods A total of 10562 patients were selected from the emergency room of the emergency department of Beijing Jingmei Group General Hospital from February to December 2021.Applied the project-achieved quality control circle activities to generate and implement strategies to improve the communication efficiency between the emergency department and the ward.The frequency of bed saturation in the emergency rescue room and the residence time of the admitted patients in the emergency rescue room were observed every month.Results After the implementation of the prescription,the frequency of bed saturation in the emergency room was significantly reduced in 2021;the emergency stay time of patients admitted to the hospital in the emergency room was significantly reduced in 2021.Conclusion By improving the efficiency of communication with the ward activities can reduce emergency stay and reduce emergency congestion.
