3D4K外视镜在神经外科临床教学中的应用

摘要 目的研究神经外科临床教学中3D4K外视镜的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2021年12月期间在海军军医大学附属长征医院60名神经外科临床专业学生作为研究对象,按随机数表法对等分为两组,各30名。对照组采用传统教学法,干预组采用裸眼3D4K外视镜教学法,对比两组教学满意度、理论知识成绩及教学效果。结果与对照组总满意率(70.00%)比较,干预组(93.33%)总满意率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组脊髓肿瘤手术适应证、禁忌证、相关解剖知识、围术期管理以及并发症理论专业知识成绩均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组专业知识、专业技能、临床思维、临床沟通及学习兴趣均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经外科临床教学中3D4K外视镜可提高理论知识,提高学生兴趣,以缩短神经外科医生培养时间。 Objective To study the application effect of 3D4K external mirror in the clinical teaching of neurosurgery.Methods A total of 60 clinical neurosurgery students in the Changzheng Hospital Affiliated to Naval Medical University from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were equally divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the intervention group adopted the naked-eye 3D4K external mirror teaching method.The teaching satisfaction,theoretical knowledge achievement and teaching effect were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the total satisfaction rate of the control group(70.00%),the total satisfaction rate of the intervention group(93.33%)was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the intervention group,the surgical indications,contraindications,related anatomical knowledge,perioperative management and complication theory expertise were higher in the intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intervention group had higher professional knowledge,professional skills,clinical thinking,clinical communication and interest in learning,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D4K external mirror in neurosurgery clinical teaching can improve theoretical knowledge,increase students'interest,and is expected to shorten the training time of neurosurgeons.
