思维引导式联合临床路径教学对普外科临床实习生理论知识等的影响 被引量:2

Influence of Thinking-Guided Combined Clinical Pathway Teaching on the Theoretical Knowledge of General Surgery Clinical Interns

摘要 目的研究思维引导式联合临床路径教学对普外科临床实习生理论知识等的影响。方法选择2021年1月—2022年3月在英山县人民医院普外科实习的60名实习生,采取抛硬币正反法将其分为两组,各30名。分为联合带教组和常规带教组,联合带教组在常规带教法基础上接受思维引导式联合临床路径教学,常规带教组接受常规带教法。对比两组实习后的学习能力和理论知识评分、临床实操不良行为发生率。结果带教后,联合带教组的学习能力、应对方式和思辨能力评分明显高于常规带教组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合带教组的配药给药、症状反应和确诊检查评分明显高于常规带教组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合带教组的不良行为发生率为3.33%,明显低于常规带教组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取思维引导式联合临床教学,可以更好地训练实习生的思维模式,提高其对理论知识的理解和掌握,帮助其提高临床实践操作能力。 Objective To study the influence of thinking-guided combined clinical pathway teaching on the theoretical knowledge of general surgery clinical interns.Methods A total of 60 interns who came to Yingshan County People's Hospital for general surgery from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by flipping a coin,with 30 interns in each group.And they were divided into a joint teaching group and a conventional teaching group.The joint teaching group received the thought-guided combined clinical path teaching based on the conventional teaching method,and the conventional teaching group received the conventional teaching method.The learning ability and theoretical knowledge score,and the incidence of clinical practice misbehavior were compared between the two groups after the internship.Results After teaching,the scores of learning ability,coping style and critical thinking ability in the joint teaching group were significantly higher than those in the conventional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the scores of drug administration,symptom response and diagnosis examination in the joint teaching group were significantly higher than those in the conventional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bad behavior incidence rate of the joint teaching group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than that of the conventional teaching group,which was 20.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of thinking-guided combined clinical teaching to inspect general surgery clinical interns can better train the interns'thinking mode, improve their understanding and mastery of theoretical knowledge, and help them improve their clinical practice ability.
