If the hospital infection prevention and control management is not in place,it will lead to serious medical accidents,damage the reputation of the hospital,and affect the long-term stable development of the hospital.Therefore,grass-roots general hospitals need to pay attention to the management of infection prevention and control,improve the management system of infection prevention and control,and conduct regular monitoring of infection prevention and control in each department.Furthermore,infection prevention and control management runs through the overall management of the hospital.This paper analyzes the problems in the management of infection prevention and control in grass-roots general hospitals,and summarizes the relevant management strategies.
