摘要
目的掌握贵州省外环境水碘含量的情况,同时参照重点人群碘营养数据,为科学补碘提供依据。方法2017年根据《贵州省生活饮用水水碘含量调查实施方案》的要求,在全省84个县以乡为单位开展饮用水水碘含量调查。当调查出现水碘中位数>10μg/L以上的乡时,则再次以行政村为单位开展调查。各县随机抽取5%的样品到省疾控中心复核。结果此次省级共复核水样984份,水碘中位数范围在0.9~5.2μg/L之间,均<10μg/L;而碘营养数据8~10岁儿童及孕妇尿碘中位数接近或达到了国际组织推荐的适宜量。结论贵州省外环境属于碘缺乏地区,仍需持续实施食盐加碘的防治策略。
Objective To master the iodine content of environmental water outside Guizhou Province,and refer to the iodine nutrition data of key populations,so as to provide a basis for scientific iodine supplementation.Methods In 2017,according to the requirements of the"Iodine Content Survey of Drinking Water in Guizhou Province",a survey of iodine content in drinking water was carried out in 84 counties in the province.When the survey found that the median of water iodine was greater than 10μg/L or more,the survey was carried out again with the administrative village as the unit.Each county randomly selected 5%of the samples to the provincial CDC for review.Results A total of 984 water samples were reviewed at the provincial level,and the median range of water iodine was between 0.9-5.2μg/L,all of which were less than 10μg/L.However,the iodine nutrition data of 8-10 yearsold children and pregnant women were close to or reached the appropriate amount recommended by international organizations.Conclusion The environment outside Guizhou Province belongs to the iodine-deficient area,and the prevention and control strategy of salt iodization still needs to be implemented continuously.
