广西护理院校本科护生从事老年护理工作意愿的研究

Study on the Willingness of Undergraduate Nursing Students to Engage in Geriatric Nursing Work in Guangxi Nursing Colleges

目的了解广西护理院校本科护生从事老年护理相关行业意愿的现状。方法于2019年12月—2020年7月采用便利抽样法,运用问卷调查广西两所护理院校294名本科护生对老年护理的认知情况及从事老年护理行业意愿进行调查分析。结果了解老年护理行业护生有33名(11.22%),不同性别、年级护生对老年护理行业的了解程度不同,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护生单位选择排序依次为公立养老机构、民营养老机构、老年医院和老年社区。在对老年护理行业单位所在地及薪资期许结果中,本科护生选择最多的选项是省会城市(67.01%)与8000~10000元的月工资(37.76%)。通过Logistic回归分析,得出性别与老年人态度量表得分与护生从业意愿比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护生从业意愿与老年人态度得分量表成正相关,即得分越高的人群其从业意愿越强,与性别成负相关,即女护生相较于男护生的从业意愿更强。结论广西护理院校本科护生从事老年护理的意愿并不乐观,受性别刻板印象的影响男性护生的意愿普遍低于女性;但了解老年护理程度越高的护生,从事该行业的意愿就越强。

Objective To understand the current situation of the willingness of undergraduate nursing students to engage in geriatric nursing related industries in Guangxi nursing colleges.Methods From December 2019 to July 2020,the convenience sampling method was used.A questionnaire was used to investigate the cognition of geriatric nursing and the willingness to engage in the geriatric nursing industry among 294 undergraduate nursing students in two nursing colleges in Guangxi.Results There were 33 nursing students(11.22%)who knew the geriatric nursing industry.Nursing students of different genders and grades had different understandings of the geriatric nursing industry,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The order of selection of nursing units is public elderly care institutions,private elderly care institutions,elderly hospitals and elderly communities.In terms of the location of the aged care industry unit and salary expectations,the most popular options for undergraduate nursing students are the provincial capital city(67.01%)and the monthly salary of 8000 to 10000 yuan(37.76%).Through Logistic regression analysis,it was concluded that there was a statistically significant difference between the scores of the Gender and the Elderly Attitude Scale and the willingness of nursing students to practice(P<0.05).Nursing students'willingness to practice is positively correlated with the elderly attitude score scale,that is,the higher the score,the stronger the willingness to practice.Nursing students'willingness to practice is negatively correlated with gender,that is,female nursing students are more willing to practice than male nursing students.Conclusion The willingness of undergraduate nursing students in Guangxi Nursing Colleges to engage in geriatric nursing is not optimistic. Affected by gender stereotypes, the willingness of male nursing students is generally lower than that of women. But nursing students who knew more about aged care were more willing to work in the profession.
