摘要 超声检测技术在管网建设工程中的应用不断增多。全自动超声检测(AUT)技术、相控阵超声检测(PAUT)技术和独立的衍射时差检测(TOFD)技术虽同属超声检测技术,但其技术特点却存在较大差异,实际使用中并不能简单地相互替代。介绍了3项先进超声检测技术的基本原理,分析了其技术特点在管网项目中的适用性,并通过相控阵超声检测技术在全自动超声检测对比试块上的检测实验,较为深入地分析了相控阵超声检测技术在检测如CRC型填充角度较小的坡口焊缝时存在的一些问题。研究结果可为实际检测中正确选择3项先进超声检测技术,以及制定相控阵超声检测工艺参数提供参考。 The application of ultrasonic testing technology in pipeline network construction keeps growing. Although automatic ultrasonic testing(AUT), phased array ultrasonic testing(PAUT), and independent time-of-flight diffraction(TOFD) testing all fall into the category of ultrasonic testing technology, they differ greatly in technical characteristics and cannot replace each other in practical use. In this paper, the basic principles of the three advanced ultrasonic testing technologies are introduced, and the applicability of their technical characteristics in pipeline network projects is analyzed. Through the testing experiment of PAUT on the reference block of AUT, some problems existing in the applications of PAUT such as the testing of CRC-type groove welds with small filling angles are analyzed. The research results can provide a reference for the proper selection of the three advanced ultrasonic testing technologies and the process parameter setting of PAUT.
