输气管道受洪灾致损的抢修设计

摘要 根据输气管道建设经验,近河管段按照相应的工程等级和设计洪水冲刷深度进行敷设,一般能够满足安全输气的要求。但当管道遭遇百年一遇洪灾等罕遇情况,管道会出现露管风险或遭受冲击受损风险,这给山区涉河段,特别是季节性河流段的管道线路设计提出了新的要求。结合具体案例,对管道受损机理和抢修设计进行分析阐述,对近河敷设输气管道线路设计要点进行总结和说明,重点对修复方式论证、换管原则、开挖敷设方案、换管段增加壁厚、连头技术要求、抢险修复实施等内容进行了介绍,以供工程人员参考。 According to the construction experience of gas transmission pipelines, the pipelines near rivers are laid according to the corresponding engineering grade and design flood scouring depth, which can generally meet the safety requirements of gas transmission.However, when the pipelines encounter rare situations such as a flood that occurs once in a century, they will be exposed or may suffer shock damage. This puts forward new requirements for the pipeline route design of mountainous river sections, especially seasonal river sections. This study uses specific cases to analyze the pipeline damage mechanism and emergency repair design and summarizes and explains the design points of the gas transmission pipeline laid near the river. In particular, it mainly introduces the repair method demonstration, the principle of pipe replacement, the excavation and laying plan, the increase in wall thickness in the pipe replacement section, the technical requirements of the joint, and the implementation of emergency repair for reference of engineers.
