流量补偿式微型风扇气动性能测试装置开发

摘要 目的:基于流量补偿法开发微型风扇气动性能测试装置,解决流量自动调节问题。针对所设计的测试装置进行流量标定实验和微型风扇气动性能测试试验。方法:所开发装置中含有5条流量测量支路和5条流量补偿支路,可通过控制开启不同测量支路组合进行流量调节;设计了以C8051F350为核心处理器的测量控制电路,包括电压转换电路、光耦隔离模块、采样电路模块、阀门控制模块和串口通信模块;实现了测试过程自动控制和测量数据采集。结果:单个流量点阀门动作时间约10 s,组合流量调节正常,实际组合流量与理论流量相差不超过3.5%。结论:微型风扇测试中组合流量调节方法能够满足需求,流量补偿法适用于微型风扇气动性能测试系统。 Aims:Based on the flow compensation method,a micro fan aerodynamic performance test device was developed to solve the problem of automatic flow adjustment.The flow calibration experiment and the aerodynamic performance test of the micro fan were carried out for the designed test device.Methods:The device developed contained 5 flow measurement branches and 5 flow compensation branches.The flow could be adjusted by controlling the combination of different measurement branches.The measurement control circuit with C8051F350 as the core processor was designed,including the voltage conversion circuit.The optical coupling isolation module,the sampling circuit module,the valve control module and the serial communication module realized the automatic control of the test process and the measurement data collection.Results:The response time for a single flow point was about 10 s;and the combined flow rate was adjusted normally.The difference between the actual combined flow rate and the theoretical flow rate was less than 3.5%.Conclusions:The combined flow adjustment method in the micro fan test can meet the demand;and the flow compensation method is suitable for the aerodynamic performance test system of the micro fan.
