摘要
目的:为快速、准确确定铝加工企业的粉尘爆炸风险等级。方法:经事故统计分析、现场调研后建立了铝加工企业粉尘爆炸风险定量评估模型,客观考虑了生产作业中各类点火源、爆炸性环境空间、生产工艺、安全措施等对风险影响能力和安全措施补偿能力,可实现对铝加工企业粉尘爆炸安全风险等级的精准辨识和评估。结果:经对某铝加工企业涉铝粉尘作业场所的安全风险应用后,人员风险为1.3×10^(-3),风险等级为黄,其结果符合企业生产实际。结论:评估模型可针对企业生产实际和危险源变化状况,实现风险等级的动态评估和管控措施的施动态调整,确保安全风险始终处于受控范围内。
Aims:This paper aims to search for means to quickly and accurately determine the dust explosion risk level of aluminum processing enterprises.Methods:After accident statistical analysis and on-site investigation,a quantitative assessment model of dust explosion risk in aluminum processing enterprises was established,which objectively considered the ability of various ignition sources,explosive environmental spaces,production processes,safety measures and other factors in production operations to affect the risk and the compensation ability of safety measures,so as to realize the accurate identification and assessment of the safety risk level of dust explosion in aluminum processing enterprises.Results:After the safety risk assessment to the aluminum dust workplace of an aluminum processing enterprise was applied,the personnel risk was 1.3×10^(-3);and the risk level was yellow.The result could meet the actual production of the enterprise.Conclusions:The assessment model can realize the dynamic assessment of risk level and the dynamic adjustment of control measures according to the actual production and the change of hazard sources of the enterprise,so as to ensure that the safety risk is always under control.
