基于三阶段DEA模型的我国公立中医医疗机构运行效率分析

Analysis of the Operational Efficiency of Public Chinese Medical Institutions based on Three-stage DEA Model

通过三阶段数据包络模型对我国2019年30个省(直辖市、自治区)公立中医医疗机构运行效率进行分析。结果显示,我国各地区中医医疗机构运行效率不均衡,环境因素对效率影响显著,多数省市运行效率处于规模报酬递增状态。对此,应重视中医资源配置,提高规模效率;加强卫生监管,优化资源配置;医疗互联互通,加强地域合作。

The operational efficiency of public traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)medical institutions in 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China in 2019 was analyzed through a three-stage data envelopment model.The results showed that the operational efficiency of medical institutions in various regions of China was uneven,and environmental factors had a significant impact on the efficiency.The operational efficiency of most provinces and cities was in the state of increasing returns to scale.Therefore,we should attach importance to the allocation of TCM resources,improve the scale efficiency,strengthen health supervision,optimize resource allocation,realize medical connectivity and strengthen regional cooperation.
