摘要
鉴于发电机转子发生接地的危害及其保护功能的重要性,本文阐述了某600 MW机组发电机“乒乓式”转子接地保护的基本原理及硬接线,并针对该发电厂投产以来发电机“乒乓式”转子接地保护存在的管理不善、机组停机期间忽视监控、外接电阻损坏、长时间未发现等问题,采取加强管理和监督、加强监测和添加监控等逻辑优化措施,解决了上述问题,从而提高了该发电厂发电机“乒乓式”转子接地保护功能的可靠性。
In view of the hazards of generator rotor grounding and the importance of its protection function,this paper describes the basic principle and hard wiring of the“ping-pong”rotor grounding protection of a 600 MW generator,and addresses the problems of“ping-pong”rotor grounding protection of the generator since the power plant was put into operation.The paper also addresses the problems of poor management,neglected monitoring during shutdown,and damaged external resistor,which has not been detected for a long time,and takes logical optimization measures such as strengthening management and supervision,enhancing monitoring and adding monitoring to solve the above-mentioned problems,thus improving the reliability of the“ping-pong”rotor grounding protection function of the generator in this power plant.
