摘要
提出一种基于电压稳定性监测的相量测量单元(phase measurement unit,PMU)最优位置配置方法。首先确定配电网在发生线路“N-1”故障或PMU“N-1”故障的情况下,仍可以保持系统完全可观测性所需的最小PMU数量和位置;然后基于快速电压稳定指数(fast voltage stability index,FVSI)确定临界负载,以监测关键母线;采用修正层次分析法(revised analytical hierarchy process,RAHP)对PMU位置进行分阶段决策,综合考虑多种可观测性指标对PMU母线进行排序;最后,应用IEEE 34配电系统进行仿真,结果验证了所提方法的准确性和有效性。
This paper proposes an optimal location configuration method for phase measurement unit(PMU)based on voltage stability monitoring.It firstly determines the minimum numbers and locations of PMUs required to maintain full system observability in the distribution network in the event of line N-1 fault or PMU N-1 fault.And then according to the fast voltage stability index(FVSI),it determines critical loads to monitor critical busbars.By using the revised analytical hierarchy process(RAHP),it makes a phased decision on the PMU locations,and sorts the PMU bus after comprehensively considering various observability indicators.Finally,the paper uses the IEEE 34-bus power distribution system for simulation and verifies the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed method.
