摘要
针对广东某硫精矿(S品位28.16%、Fe品位48.78%)进行了铁硫分选试验。在磁场强度为477468 A/m的条件下进行了磁选,得到了Fe品位为56.10%、S品位为4.13%、Fe回收率为41.93%的磁选铁精矿指标和S品位为42.04%、S回收率为94.70%的磁选硫精矿指标。为了提高硫精矿品位,对磁选硫精矿进行了摇床重选,得到的硫精矿和中矿的S品位分别为49.57%和44.36%,均满足YS/T 337-2009《硫精矿》一级品质量要求。另外,因磁选铁精矿硫含量偏高,进行了酸性浮选脱硫和碱性浮选脱硫试验,前者得到了Fe品位为56.77%、S品位为0.87%的铁精矿,后者得到了Fe品位为56.75%、S品位为0.86%的铁精矿,二者指标相近,铁精矿中的硫均得到了有效脱除,提高了铁精矿的质量。
The iron-sulfur separation tests on the sulfur concentrate sample assaying 28.16%S and 48.78%Fe from Guangdong were carried out.Under the condition of a magnetic field intensity of 477468 A/m,magnetic separation test resulted in the iron concentrate grading 56.10%Fe and 4.13%S with an iron recovery of 41.93%and the sulfur concentrate grading 42.04%S with a sulfur recovery of 94.70%.For upgrading the sulfur concentrate,the gravity separation experiment was performed by shaking table to produce the sulfur concentrate containing 49.57%S and middling assaying 44.36%S,which meet the specifications(YS/T 337-2009)for the Class A sulfur concentrate product.In addition,due to a little high sulfur content in iron concentrate obtained from magnetic separation,flotation tests in acidic medium and alkaline medium were carried out successively for removal of pyrite,as a result,the former test produced the iron concentrate containing 56.77%Fe and 0.87%S,the latter test produced the iron concentrate assaying 56.75%Fe and 0.86%S,the results of the former were very close to the latter,however the sulfur in iron concentrate was efficiently removed by both flotation circuits,thus upgrading the iron concentrate can be achieved.
