基于ANSYS Workbench的液压缸多工况强度校核

Strength Check of Hydraulic Cylinder under Multiple Working Conditions Based on ANSYS Workbench

摘要 使用ANSYS Workbench对某大型船用升降设备的液压机进行了有限元分析。通过三维建模,曲面分割,载荷和约束添加,网格划分,对5种活塞杆左端载荷工况进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明:液压机中某轴承内圈、滚珠和导向滚轮的应力超出强度极限,其他主要部件如导轨、动滑轮、活塞杆、活塞、缸体及底座应力都符合要求。该仿真分析结果可为详细设计提供指导。 ANSYS workbench is used to for finite element analysis of a hydraulic machine of large Marine lifting equipment.Through three-dimensional modeling,surface segmentation,load and constraint addition,mesh division,five kinds of piston rod left end load conditions are simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that the stress of a bearing inner rings,rolling balls and guide roller in the hydraulic machine exceed the strength limit,and the stress of other major components such as guide rails,mowing pulley,piston rods,pistons,hydraulic cylinders and bases all meet the requirements.The simulation analysis results can provide guidance for the detailed design.
