摘要
文章以设计、调试的某造纸厂自动化立体仓库物流输送系统为研究对象,详细介绍了纸卷自动物流输送系统的构成;结合可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)、工业自动化总线(PROFINET)、人机界面(HMI)、上位机IT系统在案例中的应用,分析了自动物流输送系统的工作流程和工作原理以及HMI人机界面监控纠错的运用,期望通过该研究能够对造纸厂纸卷输送自动化控制水平的提升有所帮助。
Taking the design and commissioning of a paper mill automatic three-dimensional warehouse logistics transportation system as the research object,the paper introduces the composition of the paper roll automatic logistics transportation system in detail.Combined with the application of PLC control,PROFINET,HMI and upper computer it system in the case,the working process and working principle of automatic logistics conveying system and the application of HMI monitoring and error correction are analyzed,hoping that this research can help to improve the automatic control level of paper roll conveying in paper mills.
