摘要
文章分析了我国多年来一直沿用的某电子装备基座加工检测方法存在的问题。提出了新的加工、检测、修正方法。新方法减小了加工难度和风险,提高了加工质量,使某装备的水平误差修正更加满足实战需求。该方法在国内新型舰艇建造及某型舰艇现代化改装中均得到了验证,收到了良好的效果。
The problems existing in the machining and testing methods of electronic and weapons base that have been used in china for many years are analyzed.New machining,testing and correction methods are proposed.The new methods reduces the machining difficulty and risk,improves the machining quality,and makes the horizontal error correction of the weapon meet the actual combat needs more.The method has been proved in the construction of a new type of naval vessel and the modernization refitting of a type of naval vessel,and has received good results.
