摘要 为了清洁屠宰企业生产环境,实现废弃猪血的资源化利用。以氨基酸态氮含量、臭味指数为评价指标,研究了菌剂类型、预处理方法、酶解条件、酸解条件对废弃猪血肥料化的影响。结果表明,经活化处理的米曲霉在60℃下对猪血酶解12 h,再加入10%的4 mol/L硫酸,在100℃下酸解12 h,可得到氨基酸态含量为1.6648 g/100 mL、臭味指数为0.2、水不溶物含量为2.1%、pH值为5.4的液体肥料,该肥料符合国家含氨基酸叶面肥质量(GB/T 17419—1998)。解决了酶法猪血氨基酸肥料臭味大、施用不便及酸法猪血氨基酸肥料酸度高、污染大的技术难题。 In order to clean the production environment of slaughter enterprises and realize the resource utilization of waste pig blood.Using the content of amino acid nitrogen and odor index as evaluation indicators,the effects of bacterial agent types,pretreatment methods,enzymatic hydrolysis and hydrolysis conditions on the fertilizer of waste pig blood were studied.Result showed that the activated Aspergillus oryzae was at 60℃enzymatic hydrolysis of pig blood for 12 h,and then add 10%,4 mol/L sulfuric acid to acid hydrolyze at 100℃for 12 h,a liquid fertilizer with amino acid content of 1.6648 g/100 mL,odor index of 0.2,water insoluble content of 2.1%,and pH of 5.4 can be obtained.The fertilizer meets the national amino acid-containing foliar fertilizer quality(GB/T 17419—1998).The technical problems of high odor,inconvenient application of enzymatic pig blood amino acid fertilizer and high acidity and high pollution of acid method pig blood amino acid fertilize were solved.
