摘要
阐述了含油污泥的热解研究情况,及热解过程中对传热的研究,介绍了热解反应器与油泥热解研究技术,包括催化热解、微波热解、共热解以及热解处理新技术,通过对比调研了各种研究的最新成果与优势,结合当前存在的主要问题针对性地提出了对策建议,并对未来发展方向进行了展望。指出在不断优化含油污泥热解处理技术的同时,要深入研究含油污泥热解过程中的传热规律,需要采用数值模拟方法建立出多种数学模型,通过软件进行模拟验证,深入研究热解过程中能量的迁移规律。
This article describes the pyrolysis research of oily sludge and the heat transfer in the pyrolysis process,and introduces the pyrolysis reactor and the pyrolysis research technology of oil sludge,including catalytic pyrolysis,microwave pyrolysis,co-pyrolysis and pyrolysis dealing with new technologies,comparing and investigating the latest results and advantages of various researches,combining the current main problems and putting forward specific countermeasures and suggestions,and looking forward to the future development direction.It is pointed out that while continuously optimizing the pyrolysis treatment technology of oily sludge,it is necessary to deeply study the heat transfer law in the pyrolysis process of oily sludge.It is necessary to use numerical simulation methods to establish a variety of mathematical models,and to use software simulation to deeply study the law of energy transfer during the pyrolysis process.
