摘要
“胶体与乳状液的制备及性质”是高校物理化学实验课的一项重要实验内容,现有实验内容属于验证性实验,且胶体和乳状液两项实验内容没有联系,不利于学生综合运用所学知识的能力和创新能力的培养.本文设计了一项“胶体与乳状液的制备及性质”的综合性实验,将两项实验内容有机联系起来.首先利用自组装技术制备得到大分子胶体,并以其作为乳化剂,得到稳定的O/W型Pickering乳液.然后系统研究了大分子胶体和乳状液制备和性质的影响因素.设计综合性实验的目的是培养学生综合运用所学知识的能力和创新能力.
“Preparation and property of colloid and emulsion”is an important experiment item of the course“Physical Chemistry Experiment”in universities.At present,this experiment item takes the lead of the authenticating experiment.In addition,the preparation and property of colloid and that of the emulsion are carried out as an isolated efforts.These are unfavourable for cultivating students’ability in integrated applying of the learned knowledge and making innovations.In this paper,a comprehensive experiment is designed,which integrates the preparation and property of colloid and the emulsion.Firstly,macromolecular colloids were prepared by self-assembly technique and used as emulsifiers to obtain stable O/W Pickering emulsions,and then the influencing factors of the colloids and emulsions are systematically studied.The designing of integrated experiment is to cultivate students’ability to comprehensively use the learned knowledge and to make innovation.
