摘要
以我国中部六省(山西、河南、安徽、湖北、江西、湖南)为研究对象,综合行业发展规模、发展环境和发展潜力三要素,构建电子商务-快递物流协同发展评价指标体系.采用熵值法、层次分析法和非线性规划模型确定指标客观、主观和综合权重,运用复合系统协同度、障碍度和线性模型测度2014—2018年电子商务和快递物流业发展的有序度、协同度、障碍因素及其演变趋势.结果显示:六省两业态协同度均偏低且没有显著的变化趋势.两业态协同发展状态呈现时空差异,且障碍因素有所差别,在障碍因素的转变上,电子商务和快递物流业整体上均是由产业规模、硬件环境因素向软件环境和发展潜力因素转变.
Taking the 6 provinces in Central China(Shanxi,Henan,Anhui,Hubei,Jiangxi,Hunan)as the research object,this article comprehensively considers industrial scale,environment and potential of development to construct an evaluation index system for the coordinated development of an e-commerce-express logistics.Entropy method,analytic hierarchy process and nonlinear programming model are used to determine the objective,subjective and composite weight of each indicator,and then the composite system coordination degree,obstacle degree and linear regression model are used to measure the two business types’degree of order,coordinated degree,obstacles and their evolution trends from 2014 to 2018.The results show that the degree of collaboration between the two businesses is low and there is no significant change in the six central provinces;the coordinated development status of the two industries is different in time and space,and the obstacles are different;obstacle factors for e-commerce-express logistics industry generally change from industrial scale and hardware environment factors to software environment and development potential factors.
