预见性护理干预对社区老年女性压力性尿失禁患者生活质量的影响

The effect of Preventive Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life of Elderly Women with Stress Urinary Incontinence in the Community

目的探讨预见性护理干预措施对社区老年女性压力性尿失禁患者生活质量的影响。方法选取锦州市某社区符合纳入标准的60例老年女性压力性尿失禁患者,按照随机数字表法分为干预组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组实施常规社区护理干预措施,干预组在社区护理干预措施基础上采用预见性护理干预措施,干预时长为6个月。比较干预组与对照组的生活质量及其对护理服务的满意度评分。结果干预后,两组尿失禁生活质量量表各个维度得分都较干预前要高,且干预组的评分(71.98±8.31)、(72.87±6.63)、(75.50±9.41)分,均高于对照组的(57.50±5.90)、(58.59±5.53)、(57.00±9.70)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。干预组的护理服务满意度量表得分为(79.25±4.46)分,高于对照组的(61.80±5.96)分,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论实施预见性护理干预措施对于提高社区老年女性压力性尿失禁患者的生活质量具有临床实践意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of preventive nursing interventions on the quality of life of elderly female patients with Stress Urinary Incontinence(SUI)in the community.Methods A total of 60 elderly female SUI patients who met the inclusion criteria in a community in Jinzhou city were selected and divided into an intervention group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine community nursing interventions,while the intervention group was given preventive nursing interventions in addition to the community nursing interventions,with a duration of 6 months.The quality of life and the satisfaction scores of the nursing services were compared between the intervention group and the control group.Results The I-QOL scores of the intervention group and the control group were both improved in every dimension after the intervention.The scores of the observation group(71.98±8.31),(72.87±6.63),(75.50±9.41)were higher than the control group(57.50±5.90),(58.59±5.53),(57.00±9.70)respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The NSNS nursing service satisfaction score of the intervention group(79.25±4.46)was higher than the control group(61.80±5.96),and the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The implementation of preventive nursing interventions has clinical practical significance for improving the quality of life of elderly female SUI patients in the community.
