教师创新团队建设是国家职业教育改革背景下提升职业教育师资水平的重大举措。以“双高计划”为背景,分析职业教育教师创新团队建设现状以及存在的问题,提出了职业教育教师创新团队的建设路径,打造“双师型”教师创新团队的国际化趋势,创建“五阶、四维”培养计划,优化绩效考核制度,提升团队的综合能力。

The construction of teachers’innovation team is an important measure to improve the level of teachers in vocational education under the background of national vocational education reform.Based on the double-high plan,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the construction of the innovative team of vocational education teachers,puts forward the construction path of the innovative team of vocational education teachers,creates the internationalization trend of the innovative team of double qualified teachers,creates the"five-level and four-dimensional"training plan,optimizes the performance appraisal system,and improves the comprehensive ability of the team.
