高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设情况调查研究

Investigation on Dual-qualified Teachers Team Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges

对H职院的“双师型”教师队伍建设现状进行了调查分析,针对该职业院校“双师型”教师队伍建设在教师占比数量、教师结构配比、教师团队建设制度等方面存在的一系列问题,提出了规范师资队伍标准、协调师资队伍配置、健全师资队伍管理机制等应对策略,从而积极打造一支高水平的“双师型”教师队伍。

This paper analyzes the current situation of dual-qualified teachers team construction of H Vocational College.There are a series of problems in proportion of dual-qualified teachers,ratio of teachers’structure and teachers'construction system.The paper puts forward such corresponding strategies as standardizing the standards of the teaching staff,coordinating faculty configuration,and improving the mechanism of faculty management so as to actively build a high-level dual-qualified teaching team.
