以问题为基础的健康教育对慢性心衰患者预后的效果评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨以问题为基础的健康教育(problem based learning,PBL)对慢性心力衰竭患者预后的效果评价。方法选取本院心内科2019年1月—12月治疗好转出院的85例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组43例,观察组42例。对照组在出院时实施常规健康教育,观察组实施PBL健康教育。比较两组的再住院率、生命质量及自我护理能力。结果实施PBL健康教育后,观察组再住院率(14.29%)低于对照组(39.53%)(P<0.05);观察组在出院后第3个月、6个月、12个月生命质量得分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在出院后第3个月、6个月、12个月自我护理能力得分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性心力衰竭患者实施PBL健康教育可有效降低再住院率,提高患者的自我护理能力,改善生命质量,值得推广。
