Analysis of the investment management of small and medium-sized enterprise

投资是资金再生的一种方法,中小企业作为经济发展中的主力军,应该关注并优化投资管理,实现企业的长久发展。文章通过分析中小企业投资管理的重要性,发现中小企业投资管理存在缺乏科学合理的分析、缺乏专业的投资团队和投资人员、投资方向出现偏差、投资资金匮乏、相关投资管理制度混乱、投资观念陈旧缺乏创新、投资管理相关的政策制度不够完善等问题,通过提出相应的对策,希望实现中小企业的投资成功。

Investment is a method of capital regeneration,as the main force of economic development,small and medium-sized enterprises should pay attention to the investment management,optimize the investment management,to achieve long-term development of enterprises.By analyzing the importance of investment management of small and medium-sized enterprises,this paper finds that there are many problems in investment management,such as lack of scientific and reasonable analysis of investment,lack of professional investment team and investment personnel,deviation of investment direction,lack of investment funds,confusion of relevant investment management system,outdated investment concept and lack of innovation,investment management related to the policy system is not perfect.By putting forward the corresponding countermeasures,hope to achieve the success of small and medium-sized enterprises investment.
