With the transformation and upgrading of social economy and the reform and development of higher education,it is necessary to explore a new development mechanism for the management of social security archives in colleges and universities.Firstly,it expounds the internal logic and basic characteristics of social security archives management in colleges and universities.Then,from the aspects of mechanism,concept,team and platform,this paper combs the practical difficulties faced by the current social security archives work in colleges and universities.Finally,from perfecting the construction of system standards and innovating the concept of archives management;strengthen the management of talent team and improve the level of archives service;optimize the archives management platform,promote the scientific management of archives,and put forward the optimization strategies of social security archives management in colleges and universities,in order to promote the long-term and standardized development of social security archives in colleges and universities.
