最低工资标准对第三产业青年群体规范就业的影响

The influence of the minimum wage standard on the standardized employment of youth groups in the tertiary industry

文章利用CFPS(中国家庭追踪调查)中的成人数据,时间跨度为2014~2019年,以16~28岁参与第三产业就业的青年群体为研究对象,对各地最低工资标准做加权平均处理,做Logit分析,研究最低工资标准对青年群体就业和规范就业的影响。研究结果发现,最低工资标准整体促进青年群体规范就业,尤其是市场化水平较高的东部地区;促进中部地区整体就业,但不显著影响规范就业;对市场化水平较低的西部地区青年群体就业和规范就业产生不显著的消极影响。最后得出结论:最低工资标准的上调需辅以地区市场化水平的提高。

Using the adult data in the China Family Panel Studies,the time span is from 2014 to 2019.Taking the youth groups aged 16~28 who participate in the employment of the tertiary industry as the research object,this paper makes a weighted average of the local minimum wage standard and makes logit analysis to study the impact of the minimum wage standard on the employment of youth groups and standardized employment.The results show that the minimum wage standard promotes the standardized employment of youth groups as a whole,especially in the eastern region with a high level of marketization,and then promotes the overall employment in the central region,but does not significantly affect the standardized employment;it has no significant negative impact on the employment of youth groups and standardized employment in the western region with a low level of marketization.Under the summary and analysis,the upper body of the minimum wage standard needs to be supplemented by the improvement of regional marketization level.
