乡村治理“三治融合”的路径优化探析——以Y镇为例

Town analysis on the path optimization of“three governance integration” of rural governance in China——Taking Y town as an example

自治、法治、德治“三治融合”的乡村治理体系,是提升乡村治理水平、加快乡村振兴的有力支撑。各地的乡村建设虽然取得了较好的成就,但依然面临一些新挑战。基于此,文章以Y镇为例,探究“三治融合”的实践成果,指出我国乡村治理优化路径需要以夯实自治基础、保障乡村治理有根为关键点,以强化法治建设、推动乡村治理有序为着力点,以深化德治支撑、确保乡村治理有魂为支撑点,更好地推动“三治”的深度融合。

The rural governance system of “three governance integration” is a strong support to improve the level of rural governance and accelerate rural revitalization.Although the rural construction has made good achievements,it still faces some new challenges.Based on this,this paper takes Y town as an example to explore the practical results of the “integration of the three governance”,and points out that China’s optimization path needs to take the foundation of party autonomy and guarantee the root of rural governance as the key point;to strengthen the construction of the rule of law,promote orderly rural governance as the focus;to deepen the support of moral governance,ensure that rural governance has the soul as the support point,and better promote the deep integration of the “three governance”.
