科创板上市公司股份支付问题研究

Research on the share-based payment of the listed companies on the Science and Technology Innovation Board

科创板股权交易平台的建立与发展,吸引了众多高新技术企业纷纷申报入驻。作为高新技术企业,需大量的相关专业人才,为了吸引且留住人才,众多科创板上市公司在上市之初就开始申报进行股份支付。文章从科创板企业股份支付现状着手,结合当前在科创板中89家样本企业股份支付的基本情况,探究在科创板股份支付中存在的问题与不足,进一步促进科创板股份支付的发展与完善。

With the establishment and development of the equity trading platform of the Science and Technology Innovation Board(STAR Market),many high-tech enterprises have applied to settle in one after another.As a high-tech enterprise,it needs a large number of relevant professionals.In order to attract and retain talents,many listed companies on the Science and Technology Innovation Board began to apply for share-based payment at the beginning of listing.This paper starts with the current situation of share-based payment of the Science and Technology Innovation Board enterprises.Combined with the basic situation of share-based payment of 89 sample enterprises,its aim is to explore the current problems and deficiencies in the share-based payment on the Science and Technology Innovation Board.Finally,the paper is to make suggestions which will promote the development and improvement of the share-based payment on the Science and Technology Innovation Board.
