新冠肺炎疫情的暴发,导致全球经济不断动荡,使企业发展所面临的困难加剧。市场竞争环境的不确定性,让我国企业成本控制难题更加棘手,国内国际双循环新发展格局的提出,或许能为我国解决成本控制的问题提供一些帮助。文章概述了双循环新发展格局,分析了双循环新发展格局下企业面临的成本控制问题,并提出了完善措施。

The outbreak of COVID-19 has lead to the global economic turmoil,exacerbating the difficulties faced by enterprise in their development.The uncertainty of the market competition environment makes the cost control of enterprises in our country more difficult.Domestic and international economic binary put forward new development patterns,may offer some help to solve the problem of cost control in China.This paper summarizes the new development pattern of double circulation,analyzes the cost control problems faced by enterprises under the double circulation pattern,and puts forward the improvement measures.
