摘要
以1-亚硝基-2-萘酚-3,6-二磺酸钠和乙二胺为前驱体,采用一步水热法在200℃、8 h的试验条件下制备了蓝色荧光碳点(N,S-CDs)。透射电镜表征所制备N,S-CDs的粒径约为10.31 nm,荧光检测最佳激发和发射波长分别为378和468 nm,荧光量子产率为3.0%。该N,S-CDs对Cr^(6+)具有很好的选择性,基于其与Cr^(6+)之间的内滤效应建立了一种免标记的检测Cr^(6+)的荧光型传感新方法,线性范围为2~100μmol/L和100~330μmol/L,最低检出限为68.23 nmol/L。相较于其他同类检测方法,具有较低的检测限和定量范围。
The N,S-codoped blue fluorescent carbon dots(N,S-CDs) were prepared by a one-step hydrothermal method at 200 ℃ for 8 h using sodium 1-nitroso-2-naphthol-3,6-disulfonate and ethylenediamine as precursors.The prepared N,S-CDs has a particle size of about 10.31 nm by transmission electron microscopy,the maximum fluorescence excitation and emission wavelengths are 378 nm and 468 nm,respectively,and the fluorescence quantum yield is 3.0%.The N,S-CDs has good selectivity to Cr^(6+).A new fluorescent sensor method for label-free detection of Cr^(6+)has been established based on the internal filtering effect between it and Cr^(6+).The linear range is 2-100 μmol/L and 100-330 μmol/L,the lowest detection limit is 68.23 nmol/L.The method has a lower detection limit and quantitative range compared with other similar detection methods.
