摘要
为了对固体电制热储热装置进行性能测试与评定,提出了一种利用电阻丝加热各类固体储热材料的电制热储热装置性能测试方法,并设计了评定指标。根据固体电制热储热装置的测试和评定要求,针对储热装置性能的优势和不足,结合储热装置实物平台建立了装置测试平台。通过一系列的数据采集工具对装置进行周期性的数据采集,在已有数据的基础上对储热装置进行储热、静置和释热3个阶段的理论分析与数据分析。同时,对具体的储热装置进行了性能测试、结果计算及分析,结果证实提出的电制热储热装置性能测试与评定方法的有效性和合理性,为利用电阻丝加热各类固体储热材料的电制热储热装置进行性能测试与评定提供了一种参考方法。
In order to test and evaluate the performance of solid electric heating and heat storage devices,a performance testing method for electric heating and heat storage devices suitable for heating various solid heat storage materials with resistance wires is proposed,and evaluation indicators are designed.According to the testing and evaluation requirements of solid-state electric heating and heat storage devices,in view of the advantages and disadvantages of the performance of the heat storage device,a device test platform is established by combining with the physical platform of the heat storage device.Through a series of data acquisition tools,the device is periodically data collected,and on the basis of the existing data,the theoretical analysis and data analysis of the heat storage device in three stages of heat storage,standing and heat release are carried out.At the same time,the performance test,result calculation and analysis of the specific heat storage device are carried out.The results show that the proposed method for the performance test and evaluation of the electric heating and heat storage device is effective and reasonable.It provides a reference method for performance testing and evaluation of thermal materials for electric heating and heat storage devices.
