以分子演化为关键知识维度的生物信息学实验教学设计 被引量:2

摘要 生物信息学的交叉性、前沿性和综合性的特点容易造成本科实验教学的抽象化、片段化和片面化等问题。鉴于生物信息学的任务是从分子数据中挖掘新的深层次的生物学知识,而分子演化是分子水平上理解生物学知识的前提和基础,因而以分子演化作为关键知识维度进行实验教学设计,将生物信息学实验划分为3个教学模块,即基础实验、分子演化实验和延伸实验;同时,实验内容取材于基因家族分子演化领域实际发生的代表性研究成果,预期能够有效化解实验教学中的抽象化和片段化的问题。此外,在教学模式上采用混合式教学,通过开发线下学习资源,最大化覆盖不同知识维度上生物信息学实验技术支持课堂教学,预期在一定程度上能够解决实验教学中的片面化问题。 Bioinformatics possess the interdisciplinary,frontier and comprehensive characteristics which brings some troubles to undergraduate experimental teaching,such as abstraction,fragmentation and one sidedness.Considering that the task of bioinformatics is to mine novel and deep biological knowledge from molecular data,and molecular evolution is the premise and basis of understanding biological knowledge at the molecular level,we take molecular evolution as the key knowledge dimension to design experimental teaching and to divide bioinformatics experiments into three modules,that is,basic experiment,molecular evolution experiment and extended experiments.At the same time,the experimental contents come out of really happened representative researches of molecular evolution about a gene family,it can effectively solve the problem of abstraction and fragmentation in teaching.In addition,a blended teaching mode is adopted that is supported by online learning resources with maximized coverage of bioinformatics experimental technology on different knowledge dimensions in order to solve the one-sided problem to a certain extent.
