医院科研设备共享机制探索

Exploration on Sharing Mechanism of Scientific Research Equipment in Hospitals

为了探索公立医院科研设备共享机制,提出科研仪器设备使用效率、预约及共享率的量化评估机制,建立完善的管理制度,提升科研设备资源利用的综合效率。对医院25位平台负责人,进行开放式访谈;通过问卷调研收集38名医院职工对科研设备共享机制的态度;对19台重点科研设备进行现场考察,专题调研设备负责人。分析表明92%受访者对开展科研设备绩效评价具有明确的诉求;对计划纳入共享机制管理的科研设备,在方案实施前使用率平均仅为21.4%,科研设备使用效率及管理现状存在较大的提升空间。引入物联网技术明显提高了科研设备使用状态的即时管理能力,增强了科研资源综合提效的可能性,有助于探索出切实可行的共享机制,并具有可复制、推广价值。

The objectiveof this research is to explore the mechanism of researching equipment in hospitals,to form a quantitative assessment of usage,reservations and sharing rate,and to establish a closed-loop management system,so as to raise the overall efficiency of using the researching equipment as a resource.We have an open interview with 25 platform leaders.We did surveys on their attitudes towards the sharing of research equipment for 38 employees in the hospital.And also,we had on-site investigations of 19 pieces of major research equipment and interviewed their managers.We found from the surveys and interviews that the usage efficiency can be raised and the average usage efficiency rate of plan-to-be-listed equipment is as low as 21.4%.92% responders gave an explicit demand on the assessment of the equipment’s efficiency.A large amount of equipment use data were accumulated through continuous operation.The setting up of the system of sharing research equipment,management and the efficiency assessment are the key to increase the usage efficiency.Introducing the Internet of Things will help exploring the feasible way of sharing,making it reproducible and be able for promotion.
