摘要
冻结孔成孔是地层冻结加固的前提,也是决定冻结加固成败的核心因素之一,但复杂工况下的长距离水平钻孔仍面临较多技术问题。结合上海轨道交通18号线国权路站暗挖清障工程的水平长距离钻孔工程实践,介绍和分析了所采取的一系列关键技术措施,包括安装双重孔口管及孔口密封装置,采用“双重套管+跟管钻进”穿越多重障碍,采用经纬仪灯光测斜与水平陀螺相组合的测斜方式等。最后探讨了水平方向偏斜控制等问题。
The hole freezing is a prerequisite for soil freezing consolidation,and is also one of the core factors determining the success of freezing.Long-distance horizontal drlling under complex conditions stilfaces many technical problems.Combined with the long distance horizontal drilling project of Guoquan Road Station of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 18,a series of key technical measures are introduced and analyzed,including the installation of double collar pipes and collar sealing devices,the adoption of"double casing+following pipe drilling"method to traverse multiple obstacles and the obliquity measurement by theodolite and gyroscopic horizon etc..The control of horizontal deflection is also discussed.
