地下连续墙泥浆系统的集中控制、指标监测及现场应用

摘要 地下连续墙泥浆系统是将泥浆通过潜水泵将新浆或成槽泥浆送向槽段,在清孔换浆过程中,潜水泵通过反循环的方式将槽段内的成槽泥浆进行除砂后置换。为便于施工管理及控制泥浆质量,通过研究地下连续墙现有泥浆系统工作原理,实现了地下连续墙泥浆系统的集中控制及指标的实时监测,旨在通过对泥浆系统的集中控制实现无人化管理,即通过对泥浆指标的实时监测及时调整泥浆指标,确保地下连续墙成槽质量。 The slurry system of diaphragm wall is to transport the new slurry or exchanged slurry to the panel trench by submersible pump and during the process of trench cleaning and slurry exchange,the slurry in the trench is displaced after desanding by means of reverse circulation of submersible pump.In order to facilitate the construction management and control of slurry quality,the working principle of the existing slurry system of diaphragm wall is studied.The centralized control and real-time monitoring of the index of slurry system of diaphragm wall are realized.Through the centralized control of slurry system,the unmanned management realized;and the trench quality of diaphragm wall is ensured by real-time monitoring and timely adjusting the slurry indicators.
