新文科建设是新时代、新技术背景下的适时应变之举。元宇宙视域下,高校应遵循新文科跨界融合教育理念,打造多维多体“钻石型”高素质公共管理人才,不仅有助于突破公共管理行业高质量人才匮乏瓶颈,也对创新高等教育人才培养机制具有重要推动作用。通过构筑起元宇宙视域下“钻石型”公共管理人才培养模式,服务于新文科公共管理“四融合”人才培养的现实需求。

The construction of new liberal arts is a timely response under the background of new era and new technology.From the perspective of metaverse, universities should follow the educational concept of cross-border integration of new liberal arts and provide multi-dimensional and multi-body high-quality public management talents. This will not only help to break through the bottleneck of lack of high-quality talents in the public management industry, but also play an important role in innovating the talent training mechanism of higher education. By constructing the “Diamond”public management talent training mode from the perspective of Metaverse, this paper discussed the practical needs and realization path of new liberal arts public management“Four Integration”talents training.
