摘要
针对韶赣高速公路K517+000~K541+000红砂岩路基填筑段沥青路面裂缝灌缝及表面处治后又反复开裂问题,通过详细的调查及检测,对红砂岩填筑路基段路面裂缝产生的原因进行了分析,采用了铣刨重铺、CAP表面处治、高聚物注浆+加铺4 cm GAC-13沥青混合料罩面等几种有针对性的实验处治方案。通过工后检测及跟踪对比分析几种方案处治效果,其中高聚物注浆+加铺4 cm GAC-13沥青混合料罩面方案对裂缝处治效果良好,检测结果显示高聚物注浆有效填充裂缝及不密实空隙,提高了路面半刚性基层及浅层土基承载力,加铺4 cm GAC-13沥青混合料罩面起到了预防性养护作用,处治后弯沉指标达到了设计要求。
In view of the problem that the asphalt pavement cracks in K517+000~K541+000red sandstone subgrade filling section of Shao Gan expressway are repeatedly cracked after grouting and surface treatment,the management and maintenance unit has analyzed the causes of pavement cracks in red sandstone subgrade filling section through detailed investigation and detection,and adopted several targeted experimental treatment schemes,such as milling and resurfacing,cap surface treatment,polymer grouting+overlaying 4 cm gac-13asphalt mixture.Through post construction inspection and follow-up,the treatment effects of several schemes are compared and analyzed.Among them,the scheme of high polymer grouting+paving 4 cm gac-13asphalt mixture overlay has a good effect on crack treatment.The test results show that high polymer grouting effectively fills cracks and non dense voids,improves the bearing capacity of semi-rigid base and shallow soil foundation of the pavement,and paving 4 cm gac-13asphalt mixture overlay plays a preventive role in maintenance,After treatment,the deflection index meets the design requirements.
