大断面地下有轨电车装配式结构标准化预制技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 地下交通工程断面大,采用装配式施工时,结构预制块体积往往较大,浇筑成型困难。对此,研究依托济阳有轨电车项目,开展了大体积预制构件钢筋自动化加工及混凝土浇筑养护研究,并探讨了基于物联网的智慧大体积预制构件生产质量智能管控。结果表明:采用全自动钢筋网片焊接弯曲生产设备可实现大断面预制构件加工,利用预制方式进行混凝土浇筑与养护保证混凝土质量,利用全过程物联网信息化管理实现对大断面预制构件的智能管控。针对研究可为大断面地下交通结构大体积预制构件生产提供相应的借鉴。 The section of underground traffic engineering is large.When the fabricated construction is adopted,the volume of structural precast block is often large and it is difficult to pour and form.In this regard,relying on the Jiyang tram project,the research carried out the research on the automatic reinforcement processing and concrete pouring maintenance of mass prefabricated components,and discussed the intelligent production quality control of intelligent mass prefabricated components based on the Internet of things.The results show that the automatic steel mesh welding and bending production equipment can realize the processing of large-section prefabricated components,the prefabricated method is used to ensure the quality of concrete,and the intelligent control of large-section prefabricated components is realized by using the whole process of Internet of Things information management.For the research,it can provide corresponding reference for the production of large-volume prefabricated components of large-section underground transportation structures.
