基于系统理论的车务安全分析

Safety Analysis of Railway Operation Depot Based on System Theory

随着车务部门管辖的里程增长,安全管理内容增多,现阶段车务系统安全管理存在一定的缺陷。基于系统理论,首先从影响车务安全的人、机、环境、管理四个因素进行分析,提出车务人-机-环境系统模型。系统梳理了安全评价方法,结合车务具体现状,分析了车务风险评估方法适用性,对提高车务系统安全管理提供理论与实践的参考。

With the increase of mileage under the jurisdiction of the vehicle management department and the increase of safety management content,there are certain defects in the safety management of the vehicle management system at this stage.Based on the system theory,this paper firstly analyzes the four factors that affect the safety of vehicle service,including man,machine,environment and management,and proposes a man-machine-environment system model for vehicle service.This paper systematically sorts out the safety evaluation method,analyzes the applicability of the vehicle risk assessment method in combination with the specific current situation of the vehicle operation,and provides a theoretical and practical reference for improving the safety management of the vehicle operation system.
