煤-气联合促进供热规模效益双提升

摘要 近年来,随着人民对日益增长的美好生活需要逐步提升,对蓝天白云、清洁能源供热的呼声愈发强烈,为改善北方冬季采暖期空气质量、降低污染排放,重型燃机参与城市集中供热成为最有效改善的方案。但由于天然气资源的局限,气价普遍偏高。本文对当前河北天然气价与电热价格倒挂情形下燃机如何参与供热进行了测算与解析,并通过生产实践,探索出利用燃机供热达到供热企业供热规模和供热效益“双提升”的有效新途径,值得大力推广应用。 In recent years,with the gradual improvement of people′s need for a better life,the voice for blue sky,white clouds and clean energy heating has become increasingly strong.In order to improve the air quality in the winter heating period in northern China and reduce pollution emissions,the participation of heavy-duty gas turbine in urban central heating has become the most effective plan for improvement.However,due to the limitation of natural gas resources,gas prices are generally high.This paper calculates and analyzes how gas turbine takes part in heating under the situation that natural gas price and electric heating price are inverted in Hebei province.Through production practice,it explores an effective new way to achieve"double improvement"of heating scale and heating efficiency of heating enterprises by using gas turbine heating,which is worthy of vigorous promotion and application.
